“Colour, clay, geometry”

A New Educational Cycle for children 5-9 years of age

Our young friends will discover geometry and the principles of harmony and balance, by getting to know the geometrical art of antiquity. Trough experience and kinesthetic activities, they will form geometrical shapes, and learn some of the decorative geometrical themes of the Ancient Greek Art. They will work with colors and clay and they will discover how a clay vase can be made.

Ιn this visual workshop, children will familiarize with the technique of the geometrical rhythm sketching and trough practical experimentation they will have the chance to become young potters, by creating their artistic skills, and developing their imagination.

At the end of each workshop, they will have their own creation as a remembrance of their participation in the program.
